Our goal is to create job-embedded opportunities for collaboration with your coach colleague. All work is on our Canvas Learning Management System. The main focus is centered around improving your professional practice by tackling an area of challenge.  This is accomplished through a cycle of inquiry, with pre and post-assessments of stakeholder groups.  None of this is done alone.  Each administrator is paired with a coach colleague who offers ongoing support.
